I first received a letter from Auto Plaza USA. I was in the market for a larger vehicle so I went by the dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We looked at three vehicles. It was pouring down rain and Kevin did not bat an eye when we wanted to look at each vehicle and take them out for a test drive. Within three hours we had found our vehicle. I would highly recommend Auto Plaza USA and their staff.

Outstanding to work with. They actually brought the car to Louisville from Nicholasville - 3 times! Once for us to preview & drive, another time for us to have our mechanic check it out. Last time for us to BUY it! Love our new suburban! I cannot recommend this company, or Tabitha in particular, highly enough. Their version of customer service is above and beyond the call of duty. Unlike any other used car dealership I have ever dealt with. Keep up the good work, Auto Plaza USA!

I couldn't imagine a better car buying experience than the one the people of Auto Plaza USA showed me. I was treated very friendly and was shown such a vast selection of great cars with good prices. I was very satisfied with the service they provided me and couldn't imagine doing business with anyone else!
